Fatal Error After Creating Snapshot

Can anyone shed some light on this?


FATAL ERRORS
(File SnapshotWizard.cpp, Line 686) - Archive error 5 - The compression operation failed
Library error - Can not open file Z:\Actinic v10\PegasusWhirlpoolBath\ActinicCatalog.mdb ! has been caught.

Common error message reported many times on the forum (try searching for the key parts of the error message using the Google search), can't recall the solution, might need to reinstall Actinic or you can possibly get away with a database compact from the housekeeping menu. Hopefully you have an up to date snapshot?

Problem solved did a little search on individual parts of the error. The previous person who was working on this file still had the software open on this site but was logged out. Closed Actinic and snapshot was successful.
