H1 and H2 titles

Hi all, going over my main pages and came across a few interesting things.

My homepage was without a <H1> tag and so I have sorted this today however some title tags use <H1 class> and some use <h1>

Which should I be using or does it not matter?

Also further into my catalogue and on my product pages most do not have any <h2> or <h3> tags, should I look at this with a view to be adding and correcting this problem or again does it not matter and product pages only need a <h1> tag?

The class on the H1 tag is only there for styling purposes. As long as you've got an H1 tag - and only one H1 tag - that'll be fine.

H2 H3 etc are there to provided a structure to the content and are not mandatory.
