Actinic Business v10 Crashing on Order Completion

Actinic Business v10 keeps crashing when I've completed an order. When an order transfers from Pending to Completed and I click on the Completed tab, Actinic stops working, can't recover and turns off. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OS. I have compacted my database.

Is there a fix for this problem? Has anyone experienced it?

I suggest contacting Actinic support (phone if you have cover contract or email support )so they can investigate further using your site snapshot.
