Count down to free shipping

I have added the countdown to free shipping as per the AUG.

This work fine, except we don't have global free shipping just if over £35 standard delivery is free.

The issue is that is you spend £34 in the cart it says that you need to spend another £1for free shipping but then once you have selected the delivery location and the postage is added it says you quality for free shipping.

Is there a way to modify the code so that it will still count down to £35 but not be confused once the postage is added.

There was a mod to the cart that would show the individual products with prices. I'm sure you could modify this to show just the product total and exclude the shipping costs.
