New Order Tab Missing??!

Hi

Not sure if i have missed something ? but just installed v10 multi user and there seems to be no New order tab available??

checked all of business settings on Administrator machine but nothing seems to point to why this would be the case.

Any help much appreciated as always

I believe that each machine it is installed on should have :

Settings > Business Settings > Order Processing > Enable Offline Ordering ticked

thanks for your reply - yes i had the correct box ticked.

After a bit of playing around i managed to find the issue.

What i had to do was make each user an administrator first in the user setiings options, then log in with that user , log back out , change user back to order processor and not adminisrator and when logging back in hey presto - order tab appears?!

I upgraded from a modified v9 multi user site - all i can imagine is that it had a conflict in some code somewhere.
