    License Key . . . .

Where in the software is the license key? I thought it was under business settings and asked for it to be emailed to me . . . unfortunately I've been emailed the postcode anywhere key !

I'll have to ask someone to copy/paste it to me in a mail from work unless a support staff member from the forums can email it to me directly ??

    TIA

    Dave

You will find the key under Housekeeping - Security - Authorization Key.

Well I've got the license key and entered it into the software, i had actually added a new product the other day and got this message when previewing it -
I've imported a current snapshot to my home machine (not works) so i'm assuming i'm missing some code but I thought it would have all been included in the snapshot?

can't copy it so this is rough . . .

Warning: include_once (dpimagesupport.php) failed to open stream. No such file or directory in main on line 4 Warning: include_once() failed opening file:///C/Documents and settings/all users/application data/actinic V10/Site 1/Design PreviewHTML_Administrator/dpimagesupport.php'for inclusion (include_path=".:C:\php5\pear') in main on line 4

Any pointers to where it's gone wrong please??

        Dave

Does dpimagesupport.php exist in the path mentioned in the error message?
          If not copy it in.

            Hello Duncan,

Sorry can you expand on that for me please -

Is it that I'm missing this entire folder and contents, DesignPreviewHTML?
dpimagesupport.php is inside the design preview folder I take it? I don't have a DesignPreviewHTML folder within the site1 folder.

I had someone at work take the snapshot and get it to me on a USB stick, is there something in the way the snapshot was done that's caused the folder to be missing? If so then I'll have the snapshot re-done.
We've also got lightbox images too so this has me wondering if it's going to affect that as well ?

            Thanks

The folder is not part of the snapshot it is part of the normal Actinic installation and is created as a sub folder for every site. If you don't have it then there's something fishy about your installation.

Is this an upgraded site? If so, the file dpimagesupport.php is part of several Drillpine add-ons. Locate it in your old Site folder. And copy / paste it into your new.

                  Hello Duncan/Norman,

Yes the site has additional software i.e the lightbox images i mentioned, I always assumed that a snapshot was literally like a disc/ghost image and copied the whole over.

I see the clue was in the name now sorry, dp for drillpine, missed that.

Do I copy the entire DesignPreviewHTML folder over ? Just a quick recap about the installation, this is a snapshot I'm importing into the software on my machine at home to enable me to work from here while i'm out of action.

Just a thought to save missing anything but would it be sensible/recommended to just copy ALL the subfolders in the works machine onto a USB and then paste them into my machine at home?

Just do as instructed Dave, nothing more, nothing less, Norman has really been quite clear on what to do, just move the one file.
