I have been at this for hours, the bottom three products on this page

Are spp products with AUG settings to show the add the cart button at the parent section level. However as you can see I can't get them to display properly. If I set the section count to 2 its even worse.

The only way I can get it to look right is by setting the count to 1. But I really want them laid out in 3's

The only difference is these products don't have options which is I assume what is causing the problems with the Aniseed page.

You need to change the layout list to CSS Clean Layout to remove the table structure. This does mean you need to recode the layouts for the sections and the products to a fixed width and float: left ... you can then have any manner of width, shapes and sizes section / product / fragment layouts.
