Developer required for affiliate scheme creation

We're looking to add an affiliate scheme to our website (using Actinic v10) however all the affiliate programmes I've seen are for companies wanting to add 3rd party banners to their own site to create income. What we need is the reverse - eg 3rd party sites to add our banners to their sites. So we need a way to manage this process, including the 3rd parties registering as affiliates & managing their payments etc. We ideally need a developer for this - would anyone be interested in this work please?

Have you looked at affiliate window, I think that both providers and affiliates can sign up for that an so it might be what you are looking for.
