    One click ordering...not working?

    Hi

    I want to be able to just print off a packing list and have the invoice marked as printed so I don'y have to print that off as well. I've read up on the one-click ordering, which seem that this should do the job, but it doesn't seem to be working as expected.

    In Business settings I have 'one click order completion' ticked

    And then I have 'create full payment', 'ship all lines', 'print invoice' 'send email' 'mark invoice printed'

    However, all orders show as pending till I manually ship all the lines and print the orders. When they then go into the completed tab.

    As per other queries on this I want to send a packing list with the order, rather than the invoice and cut down on the amount of printed stuff.

    Any ideas as to why this is happening?

    When you right click an order select "complete order" and this will run what you have set up in Business Settings. Untick "Print Invoice" if you don't need this option.

      Hi Maria, it's WHS - plus you can also select a block of orders, right click and select 'Complete'.

      The minimum options for completing an order are 'Create Payment', 'Ship All Lines' and either 'Print Invoice' or 'Mark Invoice Printed'. (An order is Complete when it's invoiced, paid & shipped)
