I need to edit the Order Shipped Email, and have just spent half an hour fruitlessly looking for it on the Design tab. It's not in Website > emails. Does anyone know where it is?

Try the design library, might be in there.

Thanks, Duncan. That's where it was. I'm sure you could get a job rewriting the Help file.
