Age Restriction Check

We are launching a new web site selling products which can only legally be bought by customers Age 18 or older.

We are running Actinic V10 and need to get the customer to confirm that they are over age and OK to buy; either before they put the product into the cart or as part of the Check-Out process.

Has anyone implemented this check on their web site ?
