What's happened to ReExport to Files?

We've just switched from a v9 site to a v10 site (1 year in development), and it seems that order processor can no longer ReExport to Files by right clicking - is that right?

I can see that Administrator can do it, so why not order processor?

We have various staff here who log in as order processor and who don't need Administrator access (and we don't want to give it to them)... they've been able to do this fine til now.

Can anyone help?
