Custom Product Fields

Is it possible to add new fields (columns to the database) for custom product information. For example, i want to add a new field called "Supplier" to my products table. So whenever we add a new product to the database we can also store what supplier it came from.

Yes, just add your own variable, you create them in the design library, have a look in the inbuilt help, it's a good guide on how to do it. Take a look in the design library at some of the existing ones too to see how these work etc.
