PageTitle to be got from ProductName

Is it possible, or easy enough, to get set the Page <title> to equal the Name of the Product on the page - 99% of our pages have only one product so no argument over which product - the first will do

Plan to use a block if to check if PageTitle exists and if so use it otherwise use the ProductName.

This is because there are 100's of products on the site and none have a PageTitle in and most have a poor Section Name in relation to <Title>

I think this happens as standard on SPP (single product per page), available from v11.
