Which command - [link] or !!<<a href="">text</a>

When doing a link within a page, I never quite understood 'which' method is better....which methods do people use on their websites ?

[LINK] may be easier to maintain if you're not savvy with using a little HTML in your descriptions etc. If you're ok with the HTML then either will work. I use a mixture of both.
