404 Error Pages - Missing acatalog, Wrong case!

Hi,

In my 404 report I am getting a lot of errors which are missing the acatalog.

For example I get /c_f_vices.html when it should be /acatalog/c_f_vices.html

I also get the info pages without capitals.

For example I get /acatalog/info_fladen_travel.html when it should be /acatalog/info_FLADEN_TRAVEL.html

Does anyone know why these URL's are being followed and if there is a way to fix this.

I have been adding 301 redirects but the list just keeps getting bigger.

They are either links on your site or links on other areas of the web pointing to your site I suspect.
