Card Save - V10.0.4

Hi,

I have just installed the payment module for Card Save after uploading to v10.0.4

When I click on configure method in payment setup I get the error.

"There is a problem with the Payment Provider Setup. Please re-install the PSPSetup.exe file from your CD or contact your Actinic Reseller for the file. Please note that this is version specific so you must install the correct setup file for the version you have (Help | About...)"

I've seen a few posts about this, but can't work out what the problem is, is there a new location for the v10.0.4 pspsetup.exe ?

I think you'd best contact support to supply the correct version of the pspsetup file for you.

looks like i am haveing a similar problem trying to load card save onto V10 I have the new programme files for cardsave to load but windows finds the file harmful and I cannot load. Any Ideas how I bypass this?

The files are directly from cardsave to upgrade actinec to accept cardsave as a payment method. These have been checked by card save but they were unable to help me with regard to my PC blocking the files. We tried to unblock the security but the option to unblock was not there.

I have saved the file onto my pc - occcardasve script template.pl and when I try to import it into Actinic I get a message that "windows find this harmful"

I cannot unblock as there is no box in the file that allows that - so currently I am unable to upload this file and use the cardsave system on Actinic.
