I am having trouble with the built in search function.
Each product description has some text, followed by two line breaks and the manufacturers product code. The purpose for the inclusion of the manufacturers code within the product description was to ensure that people using the actinic site search would yield a result on this term.
Every product description has this text included but not every product works on the search.
If you were to go to http://www.cw4u.co.uk/crosswater/ and in the site search look for the code "LO110DNC" it returns no matches (this is the page it should find http://www.cw4u.co.uk/crosswater/log...-up-waste.html). However, if you search for the code "EL110DNC" it yields a result. I cannot find any differences in how the two pages are composed (same layout, product description is laid out the same, etc.), and have become a little confused as to how this might be happening.
Can anyone shed some light on the matter?
Thanks
