Snapshot - Export Site Problems

Hi, Im having a really bad day and would really appreciate any help.

A virus has wiped my computer with all website content on it, formatted comp with memory stick in and mistook my memory stick for c:drive- all backup lost including site snapshot (plonker)

I have another computer with actinic on, slightly older than my active site but its better than nothing.

I'm trying to export a snapshot from that computer but I keep getting the following message..

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error
Program: c:\ Program Files\Actinic v10\catalog.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way, please contact the applications support team for more information.

Please Please help as i'm pulling my hair out and need to be sorted for morning.

You could try copying over the entire site directory instead, just make you have the same releases on both.

Yes, and it's sub folders.
