New Products/ Best Sellers Problem

Hi, I have a problem with my New Products & Best Sellers sidebars on my homepage not updating.
When I open my website the sidebars are not upto date, if I click on a product or link to another page the sidebars are showing their upto date info and if I click the home page link the homepage sidebars are then upto date.

It sounds to me that you have not refreshed your web browser when you first go to your homepage. Try clicking refresh in IE or reload in FF to see if that is the problem.
