*.dmp file?

Actinic v10 Business is crashing on me when uploading updates to the website. I'm getting an error message with a reference to a *.dmp file, which of course has no useful information for me. Troubleshooting steps: restart actinic, reboot computer, compact the actinic db, reboot again... same error. Any hints?

The dmp files can be useful for support to diagnose problems. I suggest you raise a support ticket and send them your database and a relevant dmp file.
