Google Shopping - Data Feed

Hi,

We are currently getting 1 item from our site that is being rejected on the google data feed which is causing all of our items to be suspended from Google Shopping.

The error which we are getting is:

Your feed contains items which have too many attributes or are too big. These items will be dropped.

However the page that it is rejecting is much smaller than other pages we have, we have had 3 people look at the page and we cannot find anything that is to big, we do not have a large amount of text nor are the images large.

Google merchant centre are not the most helpful and havnt actually told us why it has been rejected, instead they have sent us their rules and regulations which we do adhere to so we are a little bafled as to what we should do.

I might be easier if you show us the page that's causing the problem.

Its not rejecting based on the page that you are refering to, but to the data which is in the feed you are sending, i.e. some fields / attributes can only accept a certain number of characters (like 70 for the main product title) and so on, so look through the fields you are sending and see if your data is excessive based on the limits they provide.

Think that is what they are referring to.

Thanks for that, I will look into it, we had to hide the page on the site so I dont have a link to it at present.
