No notification from Actinic Payments

Hi all,

We are trying to retrieve orders in v10, but nothing is downloading even though when we log into actinic payments, the order is there.

this came to light when a customer walked into the shop with their printout from the website but the normal email sent to us has not arrived.

we did a test sale to confirm the failure, and it also failed to notify us.
