Copy & Paste not working

Last few times ive booted up Actinic and listing new products I cant past anything into any of the boxes, e.g. ref, Description etc. I can copy and paste from IE to notepad or online forms but not into anything on Actinic. Sometimes a reboot sorts it but not any more. Ive tried using the mouse and keyboard commands. The option to copy and past can be selected and highlighted when using the mouse but nothing pastes.

I thought it was a problem with XP itself but ive tried many solutions from the net but still no joy

With Business plus multi user you cannot copy and paste if another user is logged inat the same time

Im only a single user and nothing has changed lately. I have noticed to only the paste that wont work, you can still copy and cut from within Actinic just no pasting.

Ive now changed my PC and reloaded Actinic with the snapshot and now having the same problem I can onlt cut from the description box and not paste. Sounds a silly think but without it its very hard to list products.

im pretty fed up.

Interesting develoment. I noticed i couldnt paste when a browser window is open but fine when only actinic was running. A bit more investigation turned up my virus software was preventing the pasting when a browser was open. Turned off the protection and all is fine. This all started when i updated tofrom V10.03 to V10.04.
