v10 Discount Experiences

Hi,

My employer is panicking about our upcoming 2 week discount sale and wants me to cover every possible outcome and find out if anyone has had any negative experiences, problems etc.

We're using v10 - I've published it to the web today - it starts on Friday and will be a 10% discount on orders of £25.00 + and 15% off orders of £40.00+.

Has anyone got any success/horror stories you'd like to share to decrease/increase his paranoia?

What can go wrong? It's a discount and you see the large shops offering them all the time.

The only thing I can think of to check is that your discount levels really are what they claim to be. So £25 had better be £25 and not £25 ex VAT.

if your prices are set including VAT then this won't be a problem.
