Shipping problem

I have 1 product which you can order more than 10 of and it has been working fine until we ran low and restricted the order quantity to max 35.

Now I have 400 and have increased the amount that can be order BUT get the error message


Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost. Please contact the supplier with this information as they will be happy to process your order and will then be able to correct the shipping tables.

I have ONLY changed the amount of stock and nothing else.
it allows orders up to 10meters but not 11 or over.

look in your shipping tables. It sounds as if you have a limit (possibly weight) that is being exceeded.
