errors when importing pc to vmware on mac to run actinic

Hello all

I have been running actinic version 10 on windows 7 but i want to start using a mac. I have vmware but when i try importing my pc onto my mac with the software it brings up an error message which suggests it could be because of the 64bit windows. i was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how you overcame it???????
