Export data to Sage by CSV?

I'm looking at moving away from manual bookkeeping to Sage, there is nothing particularly complicated in what we do, but transaction volumes are increasing & it's becoming a bit tedious. I'm on Catalog at the moment & don't really want to go down the route of upgrading to Business/Link & Sage Line 50 - I could do without the expense & it seems like overkill....

Is it possible to export invoice data from V10 Catalog to CSV & then import the data into Sage Instant Accounts?
