actinic crashes when trying to publish to web

hi all

actinic is crashing everytime i try to publish it to the web. This seems to have come about after some recent changes. i added a packaging option to the products in one of the store sections and since i have done this the software crashes with the message actinic has encountered a problem and has closed. the change i made was quite small and simple with no change made to any code etc. i have compacted the database just incase but this hasnt made any difference. if anyone can shed any light i would really appreciate it!

I would suggest you go back to a snapshot taken just before the change was made. Remember to backup and process any orders first though.

If you don't have a backup (or in any case if you wish) contact support on Monday and ask them to check the database.

thanks for your post. i have a snapshot before i made the changes but i am a little frustrated as the change i made is quite a small but necessary one and i am very surprised the software can't seem to manage it. I think i will email support and see what they make of it
