Actinic Error

Hi, I have just had a power cut, restarted the computer OK but when I try to open Actinic I get an error box display on screen saying:
An error occured while loading products into the tree display. Error retrieving record.

I click on OK on the error msg box, Actinic then opens and immediately closes.

Please can anybody help?

Backup the ActinicCatalog.mdb and Site1 installation folder. See fixes: here and here.

Hi Peblaco,

I made a backup of the complete Site 1 folder yesterday, is there a file I can copy and paste into the active site 1 folder that will resolve the issue without loosing the orders that have been made today.

If you copied the old one in you would lose orders, see: http://community.sellerdeck.com/showthread.php?t=48914. Or try a repair on the database.
