Payments not been transfered from website to PayPal

Hi, I have a problem that has occured in the last day or so, when a customer places an order via my website (www.harrisonstackle.com) and pays via PayPal Express Checkout, the payment details are not been transfered to PayPal and the customer cannot complete the transaction.

Please does anyone have a solution to this Problem.
I have been in contact with PayPal and they have assured me the problem is not with them.

Perhaps it's this: http://community.sellerdeck.com/show...206#post337206 (although this seems to be for standard PayPal).
