When I restored to a back up (from 1 hour earlier) the back up lost my custom theme that I've had for several years now. ALL of it is just gone. Is there a way to retrieve all this? The only themes I can see are the stock themes that come preloaded on Actinic, even though I had carefully named and saved mine long ago.

I've been working all day and backed up every hour, so I did try a 2-hour-old back up, and it also lost my custom theme. My products and pages are there, only with a generic Actinic theme.
I do still have a test website up with the pages showing everything correctly. Is there some way to import this back into Actinic? -
Where are custom themes stored? I can't even find the local folder that has my .cat and .htm files.Comment

When I go to the content tree --> layout, my layout is not there.
I don't care about site images. I have those triply back up. I have a lot of embedded java scripts and other code that I don't want to lose.Comment
