    Mail Layout

Every time we create a new email layout, it is in the drop-down, but (looks like) it is randomly placed.

Can the list be sorted by alphabet somehow?

    Thank you

    Changing the order of emails

I also have an issue with this as the personalised emails I have produced are just place randomly in the list of the standard ones, rather than at the top where it would be easy to see them.

There has been no reply to Tak's Thread - please could Sellerdeck help with this.

    Regards, Catriona

I did not realise there was more than one email layout...

See image 131217-ACTINIC.jpg to understand what the problem is.

If you click on "Manage Layouts", the list is sorted!?
      - shown on 131217-ACTINIC-2.jpg

I suspect this problem is probably on the latest version of Sellerdeck also...

double click the circle icon next to each email type
Please see attached image. There's not a lot of items that have a circle icon, but do I create/change the values on each one??

In the Design Library for Email Outer Layout you can view the settings and layouts for emails.

Thank you! That has solved it.

I always thought the "design" part was only for the website-design,
never thought it was also the program's-interface-design.

I've now manage to sort it a bit better.
