We had a call from someone at Sellerdeck (a few weeks ago now)
The guy said that Actinic Payments won't be supported by v10 and that we need to upgrade...
Since that call, we have been considering:
#1 : alternative e-commerce software
#2 : alternative payment provider
Anyone had such a call? Is it for real?
However, recently had an email from Sellerdeck to update the PSP part of the software,
which worked for us = now goes to the Sellerdeck Payments portal.
- a few days prior to the software update, we had a lot of customers experiencing payment problems. We tested it out whilst on the the phone to a customer and we had the problem too.
At the moment it is still working for us since the update, but for how much longer?
