Actinic Catalog Version 7.03

I'm trying to update actinic catalog V7, however I keep getting the following message "unable to connect to the FP server because the specified username or password is incorrect" I haven't changes the password, what can I do. any help gladly accepted

I would guess that to update to the latest version you will need to update version by version as so many major changes along the line, or get support to do it for you
