    Product list error!

    Hi

    I haven't posted on here for a while, however, I was recently trying to add in a image ( a holiday warning message) on my home page and product pages. I got it in on the home page as normal but couldnt get it to work on the product pages. It was late at night the evening before I left and I have accidentally changed something on the settings and the products all appear below the main page now. I had to leave it and thought I would sort it when I was back but after lots of searching for mistakes, I just can't see where I've gone wrong.

    I know it must be something to do with a table but can't see where I've made the mistake.

    Please can someone look at the website on this page and I think that you may know straight away which part I've changed. http://www.essentialoilsonline.co.uk...ier_Oils_.html It's happening on all of the prodcut pages.

    I'm just hoping someone can help, I know it will be a simple thing but I just can't see what it is.

    There are several tags in the wrong places and some wrong coding. It is difficult to tell without seeing the individual layouts.

      Thank you for replying. The website has been imported and upgraded several times so I can imagine that some code is not standard.

      It has been working fine until two weeks ago, just before our holiday and I think it will only be an extra tag deleted or left in by mistake when I was trying to get the holiday notice up.
      If someone can maybe point me to the part its most likely to be, I will search. We are now losing customers as they think the website is not working properly.

      I know I shouldnt have tried to chagne it late at night, a lesson learnt there!

      Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

        Thanks Peblaco for the reply, the upgrade is pencilled in for Christmas/New year as several other things happening at the mo.

        I've been with Actinic for years now and not had many problems, just hoping it can be a quick fix until I upgrade. I do realise that the v10 is not covered anymore by Actinic which is why I've posted on here - wishful thinking maybe?!

        I can always post a layout on here.....

          Thanks for replying. I think it may be this one. The whole of the bulk body is below the whole page on the left. It doesnt seem to have copied the layout well. Should I be doing something else?

          Any help please would be appreciated.

            That layout looks correct. It could be one of your other layouts. It is impossible to tell. It would be easier if you had someone look at the snapshot.

              Hi Louise

              Sorry for delay, I have been unavailable and are no further forward with this. As Sellerdeck no longer supports V10, would you be able to have a look at the snapshot? I know it will only be a little thing as I didn't change much, it's just knowing what to look for.

              Please can you let me know if you can help and how much it is likely to cost, I am at a loss and orders are gradually decreasing.

                Just to say a very big thank you to Louise from Pebaco for helping me with this. With no support available on V10 anymore I was at a loss to know what to do and was relying on help from the community.
