Snapshot database error

I get the following error message after doing a snapshot.


There was a problem with the database

Operation: Adding a new record to the [FileInfo] table

Index or primary key cannot contain a Null value.

Action: Contact your Actinic reseller or Actinic Support as appropriate

Follow the advice the message gives you, pretty sure support is the only way to fix this, unless you are database confident and savvy and understand corrupt records etc.
