attribute display on invoice

Version 11 but this happened on previous version 9 as well.

Attached is a screenshot of an invoice with one choice of flavour but listing the flavour 8 times. Anyone know what causes this?

What does the order look like if you open it up in Actinic?

You must have one of two things,

1) a corrupted order, with extra order detail lines - you can test this by placing a new order for the same item and seeing if it is displayed in the same way.

2) a corrupted invoice, in this case it will have been edited incorrectly.

If it's one, I don't think you can easily fix the order, if it's two you will have to fix the problems in the invoice - it will be in the invoice details sub report probably, with either incorrect sub report linking or with an extra table being added to the report that is causing the order detail rows to display multiple times.

Actually Jan it happens in all orders. There is an error which Actinic reports that there is no primary key in the OrderDetail table. This is currently being looked at by Actinic support.

Ah you have a corrupt database then, once Actinic have fixed your database, new orders will be fine.
