    Freezing

    Hi,

    Upgraded to V11 Business from V10 Cat, the new version is freezing when "retrieving orders" " (intermittently)

    This does not happen every time but when it does the only solution is to reboot the software.

    Is anybody else experiencing similar problems?

    Suggest contacting Actinic support so someone can take a look at your site snapshot. You can phone in (if you have a cover contract with us) or use email support.
