Delay to and from WorldPay Server

Hi everyone,
We have recently integrated a clietns site into WorldPay. Just for a change we had teething problems, which resulted in a refreshed Actinic Secret Key which would you believe started to work. (funny that!)

Anyway aprat form that we have noticed a significant delay when leavign our site (31sec) to get onto the WP server and then again when returning from WP to our receipts page (33sec). First question is anybody else, who is using WP, noticing these sorts of delays? Is this the norm? If not could anyone suggest a solution to speeding up the transfer time?

Urgent Plea request!!!!

Hi everyone,
Haven't had a great response from anyone regarding this WorldPay issue that we are exeriencing unfortunately but just wanted to see if anyone out there who is using WorldPay as a PSP would carry out a test to see if everything is working as it should be.

We were able to speed up the process on getting on to the server via changing the new WorldPay urls via the OCCUpgrade.ini file, however there is still a 30/40 sec lag on the return journey form WorldPay back to the site.

Worldpay state its Actinic, Actinic state its WorldPay. The bottom line is the only way we can tell if its our account, in question, is to ask all you nice WorldPay users out there to do a test if possible and see if everthing is working as it should.
