Hi, I can't seem to get online order tracking to work. Whenever I put an order number and postcode in the boxes and click Lookup Order it always says "There are no orders to display".
In Business Settings / Online Order Tracking I have everything ticked. And when I receive orders it says it is Updating Order Tracking Data. And yet I can't seem to track anything.
Am I missing something? Does anyone know what files are sent to the server, so that I can look to see if they are there etc.
