Error received when trying to publish my site

When trying to upload my website I get the error message below.

The changes that you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again actinic business

    Hello David

Welcome to the forum. I suggest contacting Actinic support so someone can have a look at your site database which would help resolve the issue.
You can phone in (if you have a cover contract with us) or use email support.

      Hi Krithika,

I have exactly the same error and I must not be the only one...

I have this error showing even though I have not touched ANYTHING in the design whatsoever, just imported products into Actinic from a csv file.

And strangly enough, in this brand new site, without touching anything, I have 2 errors :
1- Variable "NoUserNameError" is not defined in the Scripts for Password encryption,
      And
2-A Javascript error has been found on the page ('EXPECTED')")

Could you give us some indication as to what to do in this forum, as it could help others who don't have a cover...

I have the cover, but am so busy at night that it is almost impossible to call during working hours...

      Many thanks
      Patrick

        Hi Patrick

Sorry to hear about the issues being faced.
1- Variable "NoUserNameError" is not defined in the Scripts for Password encryption,
        And
2-A Javascript error has been found on the page ('EXPECTED')")
Do these errors appear right after licensing a new site, or after importing the products in?
Could you give us some indication as to what to do in this forum, as it could help others who don't have a cover
Usually, and in fact more than often, many known issues are straight away dealt with and successfully resolved on this forum, thanks to our helpful forum contributors. Then again, if no one else has come across some problems and these are not resolvable here, then we tend to direct them to our support team.

The reason why we suggest this is because for certain cases, it would be a stab in the dark to simply suggest common remedies which may or may not help solve the issue.

        .
If calling in is not an easy option due to time constraints, etc, then email support can be contacted (here) and the snapshot and/or relevant files supplied to the support member which will help in pinning down the possible perpetrator of the problem.
        Hope this helps.
