Terms and Conditions Actinic annoyance

Hi,
a problem I think there is with Actinic,is that at checkout it is very easy for the customer to miss the small writing and checkbox for the checkbox, how can the line of text and box be made more noticable.

• Bigger Foint
• Bigger Check box
• Different colour text
• something else

It`s a shame to bug the customer so late in the process with a problem that can infuriate as it`s not exactly obvious to the customer whats going wrong.

Hello Steve

Thank you for your input and I shall mention this to the team as well. However, this bit in the checkout is modifiable, the label and the text can be altered to make them appear more prominent.
The standard appearance of this field is in accordance with the overall look and feel of that page, that said every bit can be customised as per requirement.

we are on with it, just struggling at putting a thick red border around the checkbox.
