Feefo and Hidden Associated Products

I have signed up to use Feefo and was wondering what people do for products where you have main product with no order line and hidden associated products are sold instead.

We have a lot of clothing setup like this and the Feefo exports the actual product bought. But this product isn't visible on the website, meaning that the reviews won't show. Has anyone come up with a sensible work around for this?

Also is possible to avoid reviews being requested for certain products? We have some trivial hidden add on products for which reviews aren't require and I want to avoid asking customers for something extra that won't be used.

Hi Jethro, I'd be interested to know if you found a resolution for this since we are working on a client's site who is also using hidden associated products and encountering the same issue.
