Hi Hendrik,

I had an optional review system for Mole End, I got more reviews with Feefo in the first 2 days that I did in the two years I ran the old one for. When you install it, it sends review requests for the last either 6 months or 30 days, can't remember which and I got lots of replies from my wonderful customers.

In defense of Soapbox if you can do with marketing software it works well.

When you make a purchase of behind the scenes email marketing system logs this and then automatically sent an email a month later asking for feedback.

It is not a specific as Feefo in that it does not take them back to the exact page they bought from but it works pretty well.
