Getting there with this site that I seem to be having issues with, along with the odd bit of brain freeze on my part.
We have a customers V11 Business Catalog (it was upgraded from V8)
In the ordering section of Business Settings we have Checked "Create an account only if the customer chooses to"
In Synchronisation in Business settings, we have everything checked, and everything checked in the Online Order Tracking.
Now, when a customer comes to make an order, they have to check the box, to allow the creation of an account and enter their desired password. And then follow through on the rest of the order etc.
These customer accounts are being created in the Customer Accounts section in Actinic.
But, they are not being included as Buyers, so when they come back to the store and try and log in (a few days later) they get the message that there is no account of that name etc.
We cant just add the details of this customer to the buying section as it does not copy their desired password over. We have to enter that manually for another one and let the customer know.....
What are we missing here?
