    Order Tracking Information

    How can I setup v11 so that registered customers can track their orders online.

    I understood that this was a new feature in Actinic and although some fields are provided for Provider Name and waybill number there does not seem to be a way for them to be setup and used.

    I also note that UPS Worldship integration is still not available in the UK version.
    Why?

    I want to give my customers more information about the progress of their orders but Actinic seems to be a stumbling block in this respect.

    Please have a read through the "Order Tracking and Order History" help topic in Help | Help Topics | Index .. it will give you a detailed explanation of setting up order tracking for registered customers..

    As regards displaying the Provider Name, Way bill number etc.. these will only work if you use a registered "Shipping Service Provider".. as you are already aware UPS is the only provider we integrate with and that too is available only in the US version of Actinic..

    Regarding the non availability of UPS with the UK version i'll need to check with product management and get back...
