    Please select a state/province for United States.

    Hi All,

    We have just added in the USA as a country that people can order from (Delivery is only to the UK, but people from abroad can order items for delivery to a UK Address)

    So, we adding in the USA and all the States of the US, along with the codes for each State.

    Did an upload.

    We now have the States drop down when the USA is selected as the billing address (after selecting deliver to another address)

    But when I select a state, fill in the rest of the address details etc - and press Next we get

    "Please select a state/province for United States."

    But we have selected a state....

    Why is Actinic throwing up this error and not letting us get past to the next part of checkout....

    Problems in this area are almost always due to an inconcistency between settings > locations, the shipping and handling section and the tax settings. These 3 areas need to collectively tally up, make sure they do on yours.

      Spot on Lee - thanks.

      Even though we had the USA as an option there before and had it added to the Tax settings etc - it had not updated the States we added.

      So, remove the USA from the tax settings and add it back in again - and now the States are available - and the order follows through to Sage without issue now
