No Lee, it is not on Actinic server.

However it does look like a server issue as I am now getting another window,

Actinic received a server error from the web server. The CGI scripts are not executing properly on the server. The error could be caused by several things. Check:
      - the 'Path to the Perl shell'
      - the 'CGI script extension'
      - the 'Path to CGI-BIN'
      - the 'CGI-BIN URL.
      - the amount of web space left on your server
I tried a dummy order and the check out page has gone missing too!

Does a network test report a success? Looks like a hosting issue to me, perhaps a problem or they've changed a setting. Reason I asked about actinic hosting as I believe there has been some email issue with virus scanners.

          I got this response,

I have had a look and there are some errors in the logs associate with you IP address since Sunday. The file generating the errors is nq000003.pl,
          then,

your IP address has changed and it got blacklisted. I have whitelisted it, please could you check it. Let me know how you get on.
So I changed the 3 to 4, closed Actinic, compacted the database, restarted it, "refresh website"............same error.

I am in the shop right now and we are busy, so I will have to abandon this until this evening..

              Sorted I think / hope.

Actinic support suggested uploading the site to their server using their network setting kindly sent over. I imported and refreshed site, but got the same set of errors - so this ruled out the server being the problem.
I was then advised to temporarily turn off my antivirus etc and try it - it worked as designed, so reinstalled my network setting and published to my server.... it worked again.
Put the antivirus back "on" - ran a test order and all is fine at the moment.

So my issue was connected to my antivirus - no idea what caused it, but for now appears sorted!

              Thank you.
