Actinic hosting support with v11

Hi,

My website is down and complaining of a server problem.
Unfortunately the support offices won't now open till the 3rd of Jan. Does anyone know how I can resolve this in the mean time or is there an emergency line or way to contact Actinic?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry this is still ongoing, attacks of this nature are almost impossible to defend against. As soon as I have more information I will update the previous post
